    Hi all,

I have my law and ethics exam next Friday and am unprepared. Is it really bad to decide to study half of the chapters and no them inside out or try to learn everything in a week.

I have taken the full week off next week to study and am wondering can it be done.

I did well in my taxation and Financial accounting, I am unfortunately so not prepared for this one.

Is there any tips or any advice - apart from I should have got my act together and started earlier, or should I just defer until August and knuckle down ?

    Thanks in advance.

I'd do my best to cover the entire syllabus albeit at a high level, it's much easier to get 1/2 the points on 2 questions than try and get all the points on one of them. By leaving out huge chunks of the material you could put yourself in a position where you can't even start to answer multiple questions on the paper.

8 of the questions are only 10 pointers and bullet points should be good enough if you're struggling. Good idea to make sure you know the Ethics/Ati Chapters as the question from this area is compulsory and worth 20 marks. You have to answer 4 out of 5 qs in both of the other 2 sections which doesn't leave much room to leave out stuff.

Check on the pilot past papers to give you an idea of questions and suggested answers...
