Apparently in Dublin and Cork there have been mandatory searches of houses on the Queens route. How can the Gardai justify these actions. IMO there seems to be a breach of:

Art 40.5 - Inviolability of the Dwelling
Art 40.3 & Art 43 - Property

What do others think?
