three mobile broadband disconnections

    mate of mine has three mobile broadband, seems to keep dropping on him. can be using it and suddenly it says disconnected. clicking connect does nothing, wont reconnect. he needs to reboot his machine to get it working again

    after it drops, if you go into network connections, right click on the 3g connection in there and select reconnect, it gives and error:

    error 633: The modem or connecting device is already in use and not configured properly.

    ig i go into the settings of said connection, it says the number is needs to dial it
