Anyone know 3DS Trade in Value/Cash Value?

Hey,

I am looking to get rid of my 3DS as I am basically only using it as an MP3 player nowadays.. Anyways I was wondering does anyone know the trade in value/cash value with trading it in with Pilotwings in any store?.. Would prefer cash value if anyone knows..

pilotwings would get you 28 euro coupon, and I think it's only 17 cash at gamestop.
If you have your eye on some hardware coming out in the next year like say ngp or wii2, kinect or anything it might be worth trading in and getting the credit.

so it would be like 258euro trade in value in gamestop? hmmm... Wouldnt mind picking up another (about my 5th) xbox ...

The console was only released in March, and online shop launches in June, and Resident Evil is coming August and MGS is coming November

I think there are loads of reasons to hold onto it myself, launch titles were extremely poor, granted...but you have a lot to look forward to in terms of it's shelf life

Im thinking of buying one back when Zelda comes or something... I really just want the money now, as I have no job till the Summer comes.. So will have to see what happens... 200 trade in value in GAME..

The up side to trading it in now is when you go to buy it later, the beautiful red version might be out.

I would be on for rebuying for Zelda... Ahh I would love red version though, but colour aint really whats missing in the console... It is the lack of great games.... It seems to be spammed with remakes... And I feel that wont change as they are all money grabbers and just waiting to make a few pound by adding 3D affects (which in some cases are very poor)

I agree that it has been spammed (or at least looks to be) with some games that seem to focus on 3D rather then content. And the launch titles were some of the poorest I've ever seen on a portable or console release in the last decade.

I think Zelda will turn it around, June 17th/19th, and I think Resident Evil and MGS are two big selling points. Obviously Mario Kart is going to be a big draw and come Christmas it's going to be hard to find one - as there is bound to be a title (and a Pink console lol) attracting every little girl in the land

I like the idea's of the remakes myself (MGS, Starfox, Zelda etc) but that's Nintendo's MO at this point - Gamecube had remakes and Wii had remakes and DS had remakes and even GBA had remakes

Nintendo has trouble securing third party support (although where they got 10 million pounds to pay BBC for Doctor Who and then produce a brutal game is beyond me) and unless this changes a lot of Nintendo's biggest sellers are always going to be remakes

Even now Mario Kart is one of the biggest sellers for DS and Zelda, on pre orders alone, has sold more copies in the UK then consoles have been sold

Think I may trade it in tomorrow... Going to get a PS2 and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 probably.. That game is the greatest game ever!!

I wouldn't go that far over liking the game but I do enjoy the series, I did enjoy THUG2 when it was originally released, and having played it on no less than 6 formats (PC, PS2, XBox, Gamecube, PSP and GBA) I enjoyed almost all of them lol

You should pick up a copy of Thug 2 as well if you get the chance

Actually is Pro Skater 3 the one with the Cruise Ship? Cause I remember that level so well.

Yeah I will see prices, and even if I can get a cheaper console maybe get it...

Yeah I will no doubth pick up all the TH games I can get I think TH PS3 was the one with Inferno (my fave level, use to last ages on that getting millions of points ).. I don't know if it was, I was thinking it was TH PS4 but you may just be right... That was another of my favourite levels alright.. And the terminal level also...
