i have rang them also, thought there was something wrong with my account or pc, tried every day for the last week before i decided to call the "helpdesk"
then i was advised that the system is down, no idea when it going to be back up, just to keep trying.
they should put something on the website advising that it is in fact down.
very unprofessional, no where else would this be tolerated.

My point exactly too..very unprofessional and they could give a hoot about ya either. The women told me to register them with the little white cards sure bin them as soon as I open the tag box. Doing them online is way quicker and it saves the little cards just sitting there for days not posted and then you have to go all the way to the post office to post them... effort that I don't have time for. Its not working this evening either.. some joke!!

Not sure if it helps much but they have now put up this message when you login.
"Some AIM users are experiencing problems registering calves. The problem relates to the Internet Browser being used. The use of an alternate browser should resolve the issue. For further assistance please contact 1890 252 118."
    Presume you tried this number?

if you have a calf dead at birth do you not give the white card to the knacjery with the calf... i always do

No I would just register them on line and then you get a still birth cert..sure then the animal wouldn't be registered on your herd would it?? or else if the calf is a day or two old I just reg the calf online and then when I get the card post it on to the knacker..Personally I dont think they seemed very bothered about the cards at all I think.

Back to my problem have it sorted well thanks to the dept putting a notice up. Its the internet browser that is not helping so got a loan of an mac laptop and am registering to my hearts content now!!!:D:) good old Safari!!
