    Daily mail says so it must be true
    The court documents describe how the victim - who is not named or identified as a man or a woman - met the celebrity in Las Vegas on April 1 and has now contracted herpes.

    Now the victim has launched civil action and is suing for $20m.

    In the suit it says the star in question 'entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure [the] plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires'.

    Since this is AH do you think it was worth it ?
    It further claims the celeb told the plaintiff he did not have any venereal diseases.

    Herpies, Herpies Bo-Berpies Banananana Mo-Merpies...HERPIES OHHH! Apparently a huge percentage in the UK have it and since we copy them in so many other ways I'm sure we are the same. Not everybody with it knows they have it so Mr. A-list can just plead ignorance
