Daily mail says so it must be true
The court documents describe how the victim - who is not named or identified as a man or a woman - met the celebrity in Las Vegas on April 1 and has now contracted herpes.

Now the victim has launched civil action and is suing for $20m.

In the suit it says the star in question 'entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure [the] plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires'.

Since this is AH do you think it was worth it ?
It further claims the celeb told the plaintiff he did not have any venereal diseases.
    It was April 1st :pac:

If it was then Charlie would be telling the story, not the Daily Mail. The guy would have T-shirts for sale already....
    "The winning is now contagious"
    or
"Charlie's special offer...Herpes for Harpies" - I like that one, good on me.

According to TMZ: if there's a tape, there are video publishers waiting with money. They say there's a niche market for that sort of thing ... "bug chasers".

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Herpies, Herpies Bo-Berpies Banananana Mo-Merpies...HERPIES OHHH! Apparently a huge percentage in the UK have it and since we copy them in so many other ways I'm sure we are the same. Not everybody with it knows they have it so Mr. A-list can just plead ignorance
