Leedroid 2.3d to Gingervillian Rom help

    Hi If want to install Gingervillian after Leedroid 2.3d do I need to change the radio? I have not changed it at all ever still the same as out of the box. I dont see it mentioned on the xda thread so im guessing I dont need to change it? Also will I have to move the dalvik cache to the sd card after flashing the rom and will I wipe the sd card moving the cache?
    Am I right in thinking Gingervillian is alot further along dev wise than Leedroid Gingerbread rom? I dont see it mentioned changing boot partions,radios or needing patches for Gingervillian which was what put me off Leedroid GB rom.Im really looking to just have to install rom from zip file in recovery like I did with 2.3d and not need to go changing lots other stuff!

    Generally the developers list what radio is preferred for each release of the ROm in the XDA thread (usually 2nd post down)

    I was a big fan of LeeDroid on my Desire but since I got my Desire HD a while back I've settled on the Gingerbread based CoreDroid (v6.3 at the minute) and I love it.. fast, stable and they've nicely tweaked the icons, lock screens etc to look much better than any of the others I tried :)

    Hey Kaiser thanks for the info. I have looked on the thread on xda a few times and I can see no mention of a radio to use for Gingervillian. I might just try it and if it doesnt work I can switch back to Leedroid I guess. I guess if I was to go back to Leedroid I just do a wipe and flash from sd card like I did first day(would moving dalvik cache make any issues with Leedroid for a2sd+)?

    Hi Just as an update on this I flashed Gingervillian 2.2 over the weekend. I didnt need to change the radio or anything else just flash the rom in recovery and it works perfectly after I moved the dalvik cache. Loads of internal memory and I like the rom and not really missing sense.
