Can't decide which phone

    In the market for a new phone. Can't decide between:
    Sony Ericsson xperia x10i 429 aus dollar
    Samsung galaxy s 589
    Htc incredible s 569

    Only have brief specs from store magazine and crap net on my mobile. I see the galaxy has hd video recording but doesn't mention it on incredible. Also has the Sony got a flash with the cam as id like a decent cam as I'm travelling.
    Is there much difference between android 2.1 and 2.3?
    Also any of these phones have flash to view stuff on the net etc? I also heard that SE can be difficult to update. Is this true? Anything else I'm missing?

    Any advice appreciated.

    Forgot to mention id like to use my internet allowance on my phone through my laptop. Can i do this with there phones without rooting or hassle like that?
