Google Reader for Android

    It's a simple problem but the app always returns an error "sign-in failed".

    I've searched high and low for a solution.

    I've installed and reinstalled and have even reset the device and tried it with no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Nope and all other Google apps sync normally.

    The Google Reader data is also listed as synced by Android. It's just the app itself I can't log into.

    Simple problem has simple workaround. I was trying to log in over 3G. As soon as I switched to WiFi and logged in it worked ok. Returned to 3G after first log in and it continues to work ok.

    After all that though I've gone back to using the mobile web version. It's a lot more functional.
