Library would be my answer, although Im not sure about prinitng but Id say there is facilities.

Think there is one at the north end of Clanbrassil st, opp Byrnes chemist.

The Library does print but from experience the printer is broke quite often.
There Is an Internet Cafe on Clanbrassil St Opposite CostCutter and they do print.
