Feeling Strange

    Hey,
For the past few months I've been feeling really strange, ill start with a bit of background...

I came off meds about 6 months ago for a low mood disorder, everything was grand happy/comfortable about it all.
I'd day for around 2months now but especially the past few weeks I've been feeling really off about everything. I'm barely sleeping, I've no appetite. I just can't get excited or look forward to anything. I've got a great gf who I love more than life itself, shes the only thing in life i actually care about....but saying that puts an unfair burden on her doesn't it?

even that though recently isn't the same, lately i feel paranoid or insecure about love.As close as we are sometimes a lot of the time i feel like im on another planet to everyone...even sitting here i have this feeling, it almost feels physical, like a sickly feeling in my stomach or my hearts in my chest. i feel like im drowning sometimes, i feel completely alone from everyone
There are some good things but it seems most of my life is like an irish summer, constantly overcast, maybe once a week seeing some sunshine. sometimes i feel bipolar...i should probly just go back to a GP... i'm not sure if low mood disorder was right, when its low its real low....
even now i feel a lot better than when i started typing this.. maybe i just needed a vent.
    if anyone read this, thanks.

I think you are best off going back to the doctor and telling them how you feel, or get a second opinion from another doctor if you are not happy with their professional diagnosis.

We are neither allowed nor qualified to diagnose you and thus offer advice on how best to treat your condition, if you feel really low there are some organisations here that you may find useful... here.

    All the very best.
