    There are many others that are free but the fact that Watchdroid can wipe your phone remotely if it ever gets turned on after you lose it makes it worth the €1.39. I need this especially as I use my phone for my work and personal emails and my phone browser has my Xmarks bookmarks and Lastpass passwords.

    I do know what open source is. I was just pointing out that Prey doesn't wipe the device which is the function most needed. The comments on the market for the android app even claim it can be simply uninstalled without asking for a password, pretty lame if it can.
