Officialy announced that Van Halen are heading to Australia in late Sept. They are headlining the soundwave revolution tour which has five dates. I just hope they get over to Europe. Some line up for these dates.

That's a pretty decent line up alright, I'd say those poor Australian's will be crucified for prices...their exchange rate aside, concerts in Australia from big name American artists tend to be stupid prices face value

But yes, love to see Van Halen (saw Roth in Vicar St a few years ago) so bring on a European tour:D

The mysterious new album could be out by the end of the summer, so hopefully a tour of Europe either this year or next would be great. (Even with Wolfie :D)

It actually makes me cringe to think of him in this band, he just doesn't deserve it, on so many levels...and the Guitar Hero Van Halen game leaving him as part of the 80s line up....is this Hot Tub Time Machine all over again lol

Actually, the only time I saw Van Halen was in Australia in '98 (so yes, that would be with Gary Cherone on vocals)

zero chance with sammy i'd say!

read his biography there the other week, very good read and very revealing, changed my opinion of the van halen bros.

also you wouldn't believe how wealthy mr Hagar is!
