Health Information Bill

I am not sure if this is the correct forum, if not, feel free to change.

I need to find out if the health information bill discussed here:

was passed into law. If so, is there anywhere I can read details on it? Its just for a college project, would be able to snazz up the project if I could put a reference to this in it.

I think this is what you are looking for. It was passed last year, ammending the Health Act 2004 which you can find on iriststatutebook.ie or oireachtas.ie (in pdf).

No, there is an actual Health Information Bill planned, but it has not yet been published much yet passed.

Any idea when it is to be published? Or where I could find out the intended publish date?

The legislative programme says "late 2011". From experience that could mean anytime between October and never.
