Has pretty much everything you'll need but if you intend to take it up with any seriousness I think you'll find that they're not great and might begin to change bits as you go along.
I'd be more inclined to go down the second hand route. Should be simple to pick up a bag, easy enough to pick up a putter. Clubs in Leftie aren't going to be as easy but still possible. I do know that around here (Kilkenny) there's a lot of leftie golfers... connected to Hurling maybe? So try some of the 'local' pro shops and look on adverts.ie etc.
Try and get some of the "old" models from better manufacturers - I say "old" because a lot of the major brands like TaylorMade, Titleist, Ping release new version every year and their "old" models will still be fresh but much reduced.
MD Golf is a decent quality, value brand.
http://www.golfstoreeurope.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=1821 is an example of a RH set. It's not in stock but you could contact them and ask about a leftie equivalent? (good reputable site). They do have a LH section but it's generally pricier stuff.

I don't buy much equipment so hopefully some of the other club junkies will be able to steer you in a direction...
