    I just entered the 12km.

Hopefully I can win that one.

It'll be my nine year olds 1st sportive.

As this is the home tour Team Jawgap has entered a full squad. We're running two riders (myself and the eldest) in the 40 km event while the development team goes in the 12km event (herself and the youngest).

I'll be announcing the team selections at tonight's team meeting.......

signed up for the 160 yesterday when I saw this thread, and was delighted to see that there is a discount for unemployed/OAP, and as far as I am aware if you are a CI member, on registration I was asked for my CI number, but not for proof of unemployment, i.e PPS number, according to the pricing the 160 event is €35 , €30 for OAP/Unemployed, after filling in my details, the final amount was €27, so I think you get a €3 discount for being a CI member, not 100% sure about that though.

signed up for the 100KM, is the route in reverse this year?

Yes I understood that CI mems pay €30 each for 160k route but we have just paid €35 each! I've just shot an email off to Meath Sport to sort this.

Another thing ...if two or more are entering at same time, everyone must fill out form with seperate payment details each time. (unlike the Sligo event which allowed multiple names on one application and payment of same.

had the same thing happen to me yesterday when I paid up for the SKT of Waterford, but these events are so well ran and value for money, that I'm not going to complain over €4 (SKT Waterford is €40 btw), no Unemployed discount on this one either, but what the heck, it's well worth the entry fee

Damn, after the W200 I am actually interested in doing some more events before I leave. Pity it's that weekend, I will be a vomiting hungover mess on that Sunday due to a stag weekend :(

Nothing like a nice cycle to clear the head!

I've signed up for the 100km route, and my wife and brother-in-law are going to do the 40km while they wait for me. Hope the weather is just a bit more pleasant than last Sunday.
