Top To Toe Stock Management System

    Hi guys,

    Quick question about the Top To Toe stock management system if any of ye are familiar with it or currently use it. We are using version 7.2 in the shop i work in, and we need to do a full stock take and make the appropriate adjustments to he database. My question is, is there any way we can clear out all the stock from the system, i.e set the stock levels to 0, all in one go??

    I know you can do adjustments to set everything to 0 but with nearly 400 product cards, all with multiple colours, that would take ages! I've used the system for over 10 years so I'd consider myself an advanced user, but I can't figure out how to do this, and I seem to recall it being done for us one time about 4 years ago, but I can't remember how!

    Also we bought the system 2nd hand from a closing shop so we can't actually go back to the company to ask, I handle all the problems with it!
