Best hop rubber for A&K SVD

    Seems stock rubber is too inconsistent and want a good quality rubber for this rifle. Major skirmish coming up in June at bellurgan park Co Louth, 27 hour game, so this needs to be perfect, any suggestions?

    AFAIK you can put an aeg hop up rubber in these, if so id say a gaurder clear or a prometheus (spelling??) purple hop up rubber.

    Any aeg rubber you like. Thermo is most correct.

    Thanks dudes, I stuck a tightbore in it with the stock rubber and it seems to shoot exactly the same as if the stock barrel was still in it, I was hoping someone knew of a specific rubber that gave the best possible results.
    I need to repace the spring as original was chopped, was thinking M90 I want to get this as close to the joule as possible.

    are you ajusting the hopup properly? its a bit finicky to get right, and needs a bit of fiddling...

    A new rubber like a madbull or guarder should see you right. its a matter of finding the sweet spot in that hop unit. Once its set, it wont go anywhere, but its a bitch to find.
