I was just trying to remove a zip file that I had attached to a post because I left a file out of it. This is a screenshot of what I got when I clicked the delete link. Apologies for the image size but I'm not sure if the SQL query is useful or not.

I've just gone back and the attachment is listed as gone so I added another attachment and tried to remove it. I got a similar error. The SQL query is:
    DELETE FROM attachment WHERE attachmentid = 158366 AND attachment.posthash = '6810948ba222f05619d8bfbc6201b2bb'

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
