hi i really need some help my jsb is soon to run out got letters in the post this mornin. i fill out casual dockets and I know i have enough stamps from tax year 2009 so am entititled to a repeat claim.

I worked with the census for 10 weeks claimed 3 days. worked in another place that cut my hours down to 2 maybe 1day a week and worked for cso.

i thought sound cso covered under curricular 61/10
Now the social welfare office dont care about cso they want a declaration of days worked from my previous employer. they want to know about days i worked in the summer OF LAST YEAR and take average loss from that. So they want me to go back to my previous employer and get him to fill out x,s and o,s for days worked and of course the days are during the summer when i worked the most.

I find it so unfair and basically they will try their hardest to get u offf benefit .

Why did they not ask for days worked in January from previous employer when I had one days work a week?!!??

You would actually think it coomes out of their pocket. I mite aswell of not bothered looking for work and sat on my arse for the hassle im getting now!! I really need some advice on the matter thanks
