timing belt on 1.6 zafira

    Hi,, not sure where i should have put this but if anyone out there drives an 04 opel zafira 1.6 club,or if you are a mechanic, can you tell me the intervals for changing the timing belt on these?
    Baught the car in november and timing beklt was dont at 75k miles,,iv had peopletell em it needs to be doen every 15k miles,, other sites between 50 - 60k miles or 5 or 6 years which ever comes first...all help appreciated.. thanks..

    If its a zafira A you have its 40,000 miles or 4 years.
    If its an 05 on xafira B its 100,000miles/160,000kms or 10 years.

    04 would be Zafira A, and therefore 40k miles. The infamous plastic idler pulley...
