Hi all, I'm looking for suggestions for a good read in German.
I've never really enjoyed Grass, Böll etc., but Herbert Rosendorfer is one of my favorite authors of all time (well, him and Rötger Feldmann - but I guess Werner ain't literature...._
    thanks in advance!

    Bernhard Schlink.

One of the few modern German authors with high literacy and good story telling combined.

Great thanks, I'll see what amazon.de has.

That's how I'd describe Rosendorfer - and Schlink is a judge too - they must have time on their hands...
