    OH had the car serviced there recently, and was full of praise. The reception ladies were professional and polite, gave her a lift to the shops, had the car ready on time and phoned to clear any work. Would have been nice for the car to have a quick wash though.

    I know the place gets hammered from some quarters but based on this experience real effort was made and this customer left impressed. Hopefully it will continue.

    I prefer places don't wash the car. Most dealerships that offer this use a brush wash.

    Have to agree that they're very nice, professional and they do the work quickly, properly and when they say they'll do it.

    But by Christ do you pay through the nose for it.
