Did you get a Site Suitability Test done?? On the basis that you did, did the agent not recommend a specific type within the report, usually at the end of the document?

Not all systems are suitable for each site. There are the well known International Irish companies and also smaller national ones, can't name them here in the open, but as you get quotes, you will prob need to send them your report so as they can give you an honest specification of their system to your individual site conditions.

Not been smart here also, but you said "I would prefer a concrete tank", but what you prefer and what you are allowed to install usually in the course of Planning dont go hand in hand;)

I have sent you a PM.

Westmeath CoCo wanted me to meet output criteria laid down by the EPA (for use with a polishing filter) as opposed to insisting on a type of tank. In my case I was in a position to choose between a plastic & a concrete tank as both met the criteria.

    +1

Councils are getting increasing more strict, you will probably be required to enter into a yearly contract so consider the cost of this when choosing your ST unit + type of pump. think longevity/guarantee and elec consumption also

what your describing sounds like you will require a specific separate pump for the system, and not one which would come as standard with these systems.

    pm sent
