I have a wedding coming up in a few weeks and the dress is very straight down so I am considering having a body contour wrap as I heard they are great for toning etc but just wondering if people have had them and what were the realistic results?

I am a size 6-8 normally but over exam time I put on a few lbs and I wouldnt mind looking more toned I dont actually want to lose the weight!

    Hi Op,

I had one done as I had bought a dress for a festival and it fit me/body con style, but only just! They guarantee a minimum inch loss and about 4 inches more than the minimum was my loss.

I lost it from mostly my thighs and bust, it differs for everyone.
But the dress definitely fit better and i was more confident wearing it!

They guarantee the inch loss as i said, so it wont be in vain. If you dont lose the specified inches the treatment should be free. A course of 3 is recommended a week apart to lose a dress size but i only did one as they are pricey and i just needed a quick fix! Results last 30 days though apparently!

I've also had colonics and done detoxes etc so if it is your stomach you are particularly concerned about maybe that would be the way to go as usually its a bloating problem with slim women.
Cut out processed foods, carbs, alcohol etc for a couple of weeks coming upto the wedding, i bet you'll see a huge difference. Maybe try the health and fitness forum for more advice! Lemon detox diet is also good.

As you can see, i am the queen of quick fixes!!
