Concession-type deal (Food Industry)

    Hi everyone,

I have a small business in the food industry here in Ireland.

In order to have my products in as many shops as possible, this is what I had in mind. I want to do an agreement with each shop so that they reserve some space (several selves) where I can place my products. Then they get a commision per purchase.

I am from Spain and these agreements are quite popular over there.

As far as I know, this type of agreements is called "concession-type deal". But I'm not a hundred percent sure. Could you please help me? Is that the correct term for this agreement? I have been looking on the Internet for an example or template but I cannot find anything. Any ideas?

    Thanks a lot!
