Huh... I'd figure that's probably more to do with the stock going "out of date" so to speak now we are near the end of the season.

Nope...the Man u balls were still 18euro..as were the Arsenal and Liverpool ones...only ones reduced to 3euro were chelsea and an Ireland football, that looked like something out of Euro 88!

I get that the kits are all reduced - they have been reduced for a couple of weeks now...thought this was a bit 'in your face chelsea' kind of attitude....

Are you sure the United balls weren't 19 euro? :pac:

I'd be absolutely delighted if I was a Chelsea fan, I mean I could get an absolute bargain here, that's a reduction of about 85% on the price of a ball with the Chelsea Crest on it.

you wouldn't get that in the Arnott's bargain basement.

Surely performance in this year's league had no bearing on the price, since the Liverpool and Arsenal ball were the same price as the United ball:confused:

    /pedanticism. Nice spot OP.

Yeah, I would have thought that too...and it's only the chelsea logo on it, not like 'League 2011' or anything...
I spend my days in sports shops buying footballs for the boy...between F50s, F90s, Man U, champions league balls etc etc...'each new ball is BETTER than the previous one mam'......anyway, keeps him happy and outdoors;)

off topic, but you really need to nip that in the bud

theyre footballs and he's a kid. it makes absolutely no difference to him or his play what ball he uses assuming its not one of those old o'neills rocks that'd give you concussion from heading it

Or a plastic Cup Champion one to anywhere on the body on a cold winter evening!

Give me the old soft plastic Derby balls over them any day!

I'm not that crazy:rolleyes: He gets a new ball when the previous ball goes over a wall, never to return...or goes into one of the neighbours gardens and they don't give it back...or it bursts...He doesn't get all those balls at the same time;)
