    Hello ,

    I have HTC Desire HD And am getting error message "your sim card does not allow a connection to this network"

    why am I getting this error ??

    How does HTC warranty service work ? Could I get replacement or whats the story :confused:

    Are you sure it's not a network/SIM issue?

    sim works perfect in all other phones though

    Did you try going into a phone shop and ask them to have a look? Hard to tell without having the phone on ya...

    maybe try getting a replacement sim, or re-set the phone if needs be.

    if that fails go onto the HTC support site, and log the issue and someone will mail you back to help, their warranty works on the imei no. they will know from that if phone under warranty.

    i have had to contact them before, and were great to deal with

    You sure its not locked to a diff network to your SIM?
