Hi, I have ordered Imaging Wimax 7MB at the end of February and that was the worst idea ever (problems, limits, limits, limits, problems)
    but anyway:

I as some of You can remember there was a special offer 3 (THREE) months FREE?
    after 3 months - €35 monthly
    right ?
    -right
    but:

They charged me 100 euros for equipment right ?
    -right, I agree with it.
    but:

today, after Two months of terrible and full of pain usage they sent me a bill for...................

    €52.48 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    and.....
they cant correct it immediately ???!!!!! they want me to wait for next bill to do a correction!!!!!! THIS IS SHOCK!!!!
I spoke with some lady from billing department and she said direct debit will be put on hold as it is a mistake , but.... 52.48 ?? next time they can charge me 5200.48 and than tell me a mistake !!!

    people, check Your bills!

If she held the DD and if the next bill is 2 months for €70 then all will be well won't it??

This is why I try at all costs not to use a Direct Debit. Happened me once when a £50 bill became £5000, bank was of no help just paid (at least they waived interest and charges on a unauthorized overdraft) and had to wait 6 months to get back the monies for company who made the mistake.
