Hi All,
Me and my partner are currently living in Australia and are returning home this Summer. We plan to purchase an engagement on the way home and would like to get the best value for money. Can anyone advise us on whether we should go home via The Diamond District in NY or via Abu Dhabi/ Dubai?

We are hoping to get a Round Brilliant stone, approx 1.5 Carats, VS2 in white gold band.
