Great thing about Grange Hill was it had two theme tunes the original (Chicken Man) and the later 90's one, both great!

Back in the eighties I was into thought provoking drama such as Knight Rider, The A Team, Transformers and Masters Of The Universe. The Trap Door was great too. Going back a bit further I liked Bosco, Wanderly Wagon, Bagpuss and whatever that Tony Hart programme was that had Morph.

Heartbreak high was class. Poor Steve dying and one exceptionally hot girl in it that I dedicated a few shuffles to.

Jeez, I used to love watching that on ITV (crappy reception, of course) after school.

I really should watch one of them again for shìts and giggles.

Telling the person with the mask on directions: now take 2 steps to the left and walk straight ahead, and the player says where am i?

Freaks and Geeks captured a lot of what being a teenage idiot was all about.

    Great casting, great writing.

I never saw the appeal of Grange Hill. I spent most of the day in school. The last thing I wanted when I got home was to watch other children going to school.

Jeez, you need to broaden your frame of reference if Animaniacs is the highpoint from which you benchmark other 'toons.
