Missing the taskbar

Right so i was messing around with some settings with animations for the windows and after that i was just using it and the task bar disappeared. Cant launch any short cuts or anything. Is there any way of getting into the settings via a short-cut to look what went wrong? Running newest ubuntu 11.04 if im right
