How to determine client's progress?

    As a therapist how do you determine whether your client is making progress. Obviously this is subjective, but are there any objective guidelines?

    Measurement of progress is very important in CBT & we do this in a variety of different ways, from questionnaires to behaviour change to clients' subjective reports.
