Accomadation Tenerife

Hi,
Thinking of heading to Tenerife in August with my bf, a friend and her bf. Just wondering if anyone knows of places to stay in either Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje? Thinking a 2 bedroom apartment be our best bet. We would stay in Playa de las Americas but think be too noisy? Does anyone know any particular safe sites to book with? Or even know people personally? Budget be about €300 max per person.

Hi,

I have gone to Tenerife many times over the last 10 years and have nearly always stayed in Parque Santiago 3. It is a fantastic apartment complex on the beach just between Las Americas & Los Cristianos. This is a lovely new area, no 18 to 30s clubs around here. Just nice restaurants, bars, shops with a very modern & well kept feel to it.

This year we booked thru this company. The lady's name is Val Hobart & she used to live in Tenerife herself. http://www.apartmentstenerife.biz

There were 4 of us as well, but we chose 2 studio apartments instead of a 2 bed which worked out well. We paid 360 sterling per apartment for 1 week. The price also included transfer bus from the airport. But it's only 15 mins & 20 euro in a taxi, so not a major concern.

You can book Parque Santiago 3 directly as well from the complex, but you will pay a lot more for them as they are owned by the complex. By going with an outside agent, you are renting the privately owned apartments.

If you cant get Parque Santiago 3, then the other place we stayed in in Parque de la Paz which is just 2 minutes walk away. It's also a lovely complex.

thanks for that JT, I think we are going to go for an apartment in parque santiago so now in search of that Any excursions you would recommend?

There are five Parque Santiago complexes, so try to get number 3. In my view it is the best of them.

One of the best excursions is a trip to the volcano Mount Teide. The scenery & views both on the way and from the top are just stunning. Take a look at it on google for a sneak preview.

hey all

going to tenerife in a few weeks and cant find good accomadation.
Looking for a 2 bed apartment in the playa de las americas area perferably parque santiago 1,2,3 or 4.
does any1 know if its safe to book privately or whats the tips for knowing its not a fake.

if anyone knows of accomadation or if you have accomadation please let me know
