Working a temporary 3month contract job.... leaving job after the 3months so i dont want the contract renewed...even if theres a good chance it will be. My question is.... do i have to give notice(they require 1month notice) to say i dont want my contract renewed. Or can i just leave when the time is up.

I don't know the legality, but I it would be a courtesy to give a months notice so your employer knows if they need to replace you or not.

No notice is required if it's fixed term - they should probably give you a reminder along the lines of "your contract is due to expire on x date".
