Help choosing a phone

Hi folks. Im a total novice when it comes to phones, currently using an ancient Nokia which is about to give up the ghost altogether.
Im looking for advice and a phone recommendation for the following uses:
GPS
Decent stills and video (does not have to be top quality)

Im currently with O2 on a pay as you go deal.
Dont mind signing up to bill pay but maybe 30E a month maximum outlay.

Id like the initial cost to be as cheap as possible but willing to spend up to 150E for something that suits.

Pretty much every android phone meets your requirements mate. Pick whichever takes your fancy. The price will really come down to what kind of contract you sign up to.
