What to wear with green trousers?

On a spur of the moment buy I bought a lovely pair of olive green high waisted wide fit trousers. Theyre like a very think linen sort of fabric. Oh and they came with a quite wide tan coloured belt. The top of the belt would come to just below my bellybutton.

But I dont know what to wear with them! I have a navy and white striped long sleeve top that I think would look well for work. But asied from that Im a bit stuck.

Would a bright coral tshirt tucked in look nice? Or would it be a weird mix of colours?

Help? I really like the pants but dont know if il wear them unless im comfortable they look ok!

tan, cream, black, white, any brown

A crisp white shirt would look really classy, and a bit different with the green. Pastel peach, tan (on the lighter side), cream or yellow (again, lighter) would also look nice.
