Copper Strip on Ridge

Has anyone installed this copper strip on their ridge to prevent moss growth? Any advice on the pros / cons of putting this in? any advice greatly appreciated. Roof starting shortly. Thanks. Also, is it easly sourced? I dont see it being advertised much?
