Router/Switch Suggestions

I posted previously about this but put the idea on hold for a little while.

I want to stream the DTT Saorview channels on the home LAN.
Streaming is no problem ... have that set up and working.

The PC that is multicasting the streams is presently, when used, overloading the existing router and interfering with internet access.

I wish to get a router/switch, with IGMP capabilities, and put it in line with the PC so that the multicast stops at the router/switch until requested by a PC on the LAN.

Money of course is a serious consideration, so I was hoping to pick up a relatively cheap router with the needed capabilities.

So, any suggestions about which router would be suitable?
I am finding it difficult to find information on most home routers, although it is my impression that some at least would be suitable.

Suggestions welcome. Maybe there is a better way to approach this ......

    Thanks.
