iphone 4 camera resolution - can it be lowered ??

    when trying to upload quick phone snaps on poor data coverage, the quality of the photos and size makes it too big to do.
    if there was an app that could resize photos after been taken to make this easier it would be very useful.
    is there an app that can do that ?

    Maybe this will do what you need. I'm sure there are plent of free alternatives.

    but after you upload them...much easier to upload a 640 x 480 non-important quick snap than it is to upload a full resolution one...if you are in a non-3g area and are working on data coverage
