Fairy Tale - A True Story (1997)

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone here knows where I can get the film called "Fairy Tale - A True Story (1997)" on DVD please?

I have looked online but only found it in region 1 which (according to Wikipedia) is United States, Canada, Bermuda, U.S. territories, so I don't think the DVD would work in an Irish DVD player, would it?

Even if theres a site that sells it, but doesn't deliver to Ireland, I could have it delivered to my dad in the UK, so really anywhere that delivers to Ireland/UK.

You could get a multi region dvd player, or if you buy the region 1 you can rip it on your computer and burn it as region free or region 2, be careful though, your computer will only change regions 4 or 5 times before it has to stay as that region I think.

Its available on region 2 dvd I don't know were you looked online but even the link you posted has a link to the region 2 dvd but you will get it cheaper on Ebay.

Unfortunately I haven't got the money for a multi-region DVD player:(

If I don't find it in region 2 I'll get it in region 1 and rip it.

Can you tell me what link I posted has a link to it on region 2? Because I just looked again and couldn't see it.

I looked on Amazon, HMV, Play and spent hours searching Google for it, to no avail.

There is this seller on eBay, they have sold 10 and have 5 left for sale, which is makes me suspicious about the DVDs being pirate copies, which I don't want.

It could just be me being overly cautious, but I don't want to get scammed or receive pirate DVDs.

OP if you can often "Unlock" your DVD Player to play Multiregion DVDs by simply typing in a code with your remote. Just Google the make and model of your DVD Player and you might find something.

That isn't a fake its the german version of the DVD with english audio and its the cheapest I've seen the DVD on sale for.
