97 mits Lancer problems!

    hey guys,

    i'm havin a problem with my lancer! ive a 97 lancer and the central locking doesnt work, anybody know if this is a normal problem? or is it just my car?

    Have you checked the fuse? If it's not that it's probably a relay. Have you tried it from the passenger door?

    FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

    You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

    Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

    I have one of these as a project, the central locking is erratic , it doesn't work all the time. The drivers door handles is a little loose and when I wriggle it the locks work. I haven't got arount to tackeling the problem yet but I suspect if i tighten up the handle it will work.

    It's worth a look if its not a fuse/power supply problem.
