Dock windows?

Bought a new laptop and I've installed Ubuntu 11.04 running Unity on it. I've used various versions of Ubuntu in work, but this is the first time I've used it on my primary machine

I'm using Gwibber as a twitter client, and have it set to always on top. While this is fine, I'd like to "dock" it on the right of my screen, allowing me to run firefox/eclipse/libreoffice in the rest of the screen

Is it possible to dock a window like this out of the box, or do I need install something else, or does one of the other clients (e.g. tweetdeck) offer this functionality?

Did a quick search on this, and didn't find anything, so apologies if it has been dealt with elsewhere

you can drag icons into the unity bar to create launchers,
or if like me ditch unity, and login using regular gnome interface, log out > re login and pick classic ubuntu instead of unity from the menu at the bottom of login screen, at least then you can then pimp it out to the way you had it before !
