'Hawking' birds

Went out my front door yesterday to the sight of a Dragonfly with a bird in hot pursuit! Fairly sure it must have been a Spotted Flycatcher but only got a fairly brief look so couldn't get a positive I.D. Was a plain looking brownish/greyish bird anyway so most likely a Spotted Flycatcher.

Does anyone know/have seen any other birds 'hawk' like this - apart from the obvious Swallows, Martins and Swifts? Perhaps it was a Meadow Pipit I saw, really don't know if they hunt like this though!? Saw on another thread a Black Headed Gull attempting to catch a Dragonfly mid-flight.

    Fascinating sight it was anyway.
