there's nothing 'legal' you need to do regarding the marriage - i mean you don't beed to register it seperately here or anything.

regarding revenue - all we did was call them and inform them we were married and neither of us were asked to provide the marriage cert. i didn't change my name though, so that's all i needed to do.

    Hi

Can I ask a quick question? We are planning on getting married in Portgual in April, what did you have to do re getting a marriage license there? I know about the birth cert and cert of no impediment and needing to have those translated. Did you get a wedding planner to organise or do yourself? Any tips or advice very welcome!

    Thanks in advance.

    K
