Its usually charged per roll. Would depend on type of paper and how expnsive it is. Anywhere from €20-€50 per roll.

A general estimate would be to allow an hour per roll. If a decorator can't hang 4 pieces of wallpaper in an hour, then they're not much of a decorator.
