We are thinking about buying grass sods for the back garden , the reason for this is , we have 3 dogs that like to stay out there and play so we would be unable to plant seeds.

Any pro's or con's on doing this ?

Anybody any tips on were to buy ?

A new roll turf lawn requires more attention than simply rolling out the grass. For starters, you will have to prepare the ground similar for seeding. After you lay the roll turf, it will need (during dry sunny spells) daily watering for at least 2-3 weeks. You will also need to keep the dogs away for 2-3 weeks until sod has set.
