Education Minister Mary Hanafin TD, should meet worker representatives of Integrate Ireland Language & Training Centre to discuss her future plans for the Training Centre, declared SIPTU Education Branch Organiser, Chris Rowland. “Last week the Minister gave a written guarantee to Independent TD Finian McGrath about the future of Greendale Community School which involves the Integrate Ireland Language & Training Centre. But so far, staff at the Training Centre have been kept in the dark by the Department of Education as to their future. It is outrageous that there has been no consultations or discussions with them,” said Ms Rowland.
Minister Hanafin seems to be prepared to exchange workers’ rights for political gain on behalf of this Government. As far as this Union is concerned, this is totally unacceptable and we are insisting that our members will not be treated as commodities to be traded for political favours.
“SIPTU is adamant there must be constructive negotiations and agreement with these workers prior to any move,” she concluded.

I reported a work place assault to this Senior union rep, along with sexual harassment, procurement of official personal documentation by deception, work place bullying and embarrassment to this senior union representative, and she lied to me, telling me she would take these matters up at the LRC HEARING that she took almost a year to bring to pass, only to hide all matters of very serious professional misconduct against a NUI semi state against my wishes. When I refused to accept the reduced finding of the LRC, after the particulars of these crazy events were withheld without being given the paperwork (withheld), she refused to speak to me until the day after the deadline for lodging the appeal which i insisted upon at that point. This is how the corrupt state employees conceal the criminality that goes on. Assaulted in a university exams office, verifiable lies told regarding what happened, and deceived by misplaced trust in this union official.

Personal what? Or did you mean personnel..?

Everything is disputed here and nothing is proven. You took large chunks from two random and, as far as I can tell, completely unrelated articles, failed to publish the source of either of them and then used them as "evidence" that there is corruption in a Dail that was dissolved months ago.

If you can advise, by all means, do.

Rep is avoiding me since derailing this case, and god knows how she dealt with the matter of threats made against me and my family members by HR Dept of this NUI University.

Please note I have approached a solicitor, who told me being assaulted at work in a semi state institution, is not illegal, right before he was
appointed to work for a state body for €40 million over next 10 years.

FYI.

I also contacted the legal dept of this union to get advice on how to deal with this matter, and I received none, or any acknowledgement of receipt of complaint of any nature.
