If a player was off 12.4 on Thursday, played in an open singles Friday and only warranted a .1 for his score whats the story when he rocks up to his club to play on Saturday?? Does he play off 13 or wait for the card, cheers?

    Play off 13.

Wait for the process to get followed through.
How long depends on how quickly the competition gets published and how quickly the away scores get downloaded by your home club (but it's not next day territory).
    Patience grasshopper.
By the way, you wouldn't be in breach to play off 12 even if you had gone to 12.5 but if you played off 13 while only 12.4 then you'd be burned at the stake disqualified.

FAIL. Go sit in the corner.
You can not adjust your own handicap upwards but you must adjust it downwards.

Are u a women? U asked a question, its been answered that you cant adjust your own handicap upwards.

Then you repeat the question again. Not the brightest button in the box are we?

It's fairly obvious he was questioning the logic of the rule! Not the brightest button in the box are we? ;)

On the day that's in it, you are allowed out of the corner on the understanding that you will play swashbuckling golf in the very near future.

Out of corner. Practicing Seve-esque punches to the air for game tomorrow.
