Can anyone suggest what I need to do to get this to pass? :) I have already replaced the shoes and the cylinders are not seized.... I have never had a problem braking or found them sluggish I have to say...

change the cylinders they're cheap and easy to do.it should pass then unless the drums are very worn,which i doubt.
