Can anyone suggest what I need to do to get this to pass? :)
I have already replaced the shoes and the cylinders are not seized....

    Reasons given:

"More than 30% difference in braking power" "Critical"
Sub Fail - Hydraulic Brake Cylinders
Reason: Sluggish in Operation or seized

I have never had a problem braking or found them sluggish I have to say...

change the cylinders they're cheap and easy to do.it should pass then unless the drums are very worn, which i doubt.
